to promote diverse talents & perspectives. Whereas Scientific America simply demonstrates “How Diversity Makes Us Smarter” by concluding that heterogeneous collectives solve problems faster than their homogeneous counterparts.I:BICA is in agreement with the mounting number of voices that assert we can no longer move slowly towards finding solutions to the growing number of global crises facing us all.
